Please send a clear picture of your eyebrows and a description of the treatment you received and how long ago it was done to tia@illusionart.co.uk or through any method listed on our contact page. We love to help people get their confidence back but unfortunately, some treatments just can't be covered.

 FAQs

"How long do the results last?"

Results last up to 1 - 3 years. Everyone's skin and lifestyle are different and this will affect the longevity of microblading. The results are semi-permanent and will gradually fade away and the point at which an individual decides to renew their Brows will vary on a per person basis.

Yes! If you choose to do your treatment elsewhere please make sure they are too and can prove it by showing you their documentation. If not, be safe and walk away...

Sorry, this is not possible and illegal in the UK. Microblading must be performed in a licensed premises that has been inspected by the local councils' health and safety team. There is no way for a "mobile microblader" to control the health and safety standards of your desired location and you are risking infection.

Most clients take to their first treatment well and need little to no work in their touchup session. If for some reason you're not satisfied with the results after your touchup we will arrange another session for you free of charge*. Your satisfaction and happiness is the most important thing for us. We will not leave you with brows you don't adore! *Appointment must be made within 2 weeks of touchup.

Although extremely rare there are potential risks, such as infection. However, if you follow your aftercare instructions properly risks are minimal. All surfaces and equipment are sterilised before and after treatments and anything that touches your skin i.e. the microblade, is factory sealed/sterilised and disposed of after use (one time use). To attain our license, our Artist and Premises have been rigorously inspected and tested by the local governments' health and safety department to ensure that we meet the safety standards put in place to protect both yourself and the Artist.

Do not worry, in your free consultation you will have a chance to assess all the risks involved and ask any questions until you are totally satisfied that you want to proceed with the treatment. You are completely free and encouraged to make the decision that best suits you. For a lot of people, microblading is a big decision to make and that is completely understandable. We will do our utmost to ensure that you make the best informed decision for yourself.
